Why Paper-Scissors-Stone?
Well, I was out with friends one day and during a lull in
the entertainment we played Paper-Scissors-Stone. Now, I always
thought it was a game of luck but I kept losing! It turns
out that actually humans are quite predictable and you can
win by taking note of what your opponent has played and choosing
wisely on your next turn. I thought it would be good to test
this.
How do I know [ P-S-S ] isn't cheating?
Errrm, I guess you don't! You just have to trust
me when I say that the system does not take into account your
choice until it has made its decision on what to play.
Exactly what does it do when choosing
what to play?
It remembers what you have just played and then compares what
you have played to every other game in its memory. For the
sequence you have played it works out what was the most popular
next choice and plays that. No intelligence! Just memory!
Who designed [ P-S-S ] ?
The team at Webschematic.com
came up with the idea and designed it. Let us know your thoughts
or if you want a similar site. Thanks!
